Prepare your manuscript carefully so editorial and peer review can proceed without delay.
Manuscript preparation
- Submit in English as a single PDF or DOCX file.
- Use a clear structure: title, abstract, keywords, introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references.
- Abstract: 150–300 words. Keywords: 4–6 terms.
- Figures and tables must be numbered, captioned, and cited in the text.
- References should follow a consistent IEEE-style citation format.
Length & originality
- Full research articles typically 6–15 pages; short communications 3–5 pages.
- Submissions must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
- Plagiarism screening is applied; improper overlap may lead to rejection.
Ethics & authorship
- All co-authors must approve the final manuscript and submission.
- Disclose funding sources and any conflicts of interest.
- Human/animal studies require appropriate ethics approval statements where applicable.
